Marisa Ford is a financial advisor and environmental advocate with over eight years of experience in retirement planning. She specializes in advising both individuals and workplace retirement plans, with a focus on managing 401k relationships, supporting plan sponsors, delivering clear, practical education to participants, and overall financial planning.

Administrative Assistant

Tiffany Lapetina grew up in the Chicago area.  She fell in love with San Diego on her first visit and made the move in 2017. She has had various administrative roles in the corporate world but wanted to move to a business where she could help people make a positive difference in their lives. She enjoys learning the ins and outs of the financial world and strives to further her career here, eventually helping clients work towards their retirement goals.
